MANCHESTER CITY will reportedly stop Phil Foden from going out on loan in January.
The Mirror are reporting that a number of Premier League and Championship clubs are after the England Under-17s starlet.

Celtic are also said to be interested in Foden, 17, but City boss Pep Guardiola wants him to continue his development at the Etihad.
The reason for Guardiola‘s decision not to send Foden on loan is that he will be needed during the busy festive period and New Year.
City will be chasing the Premier League, Champions League, Carabao Cup and also enter the FA Cup in January.
And Guardiola reportedly wants Foden to train alongside his first team to gain more experience from his world class squad.

Foden made his first-team debut against Feyenoord and was challenged by Guardiola to establish himself rather than fade away.
